I have a background in generalist HR in both consultancy and in-house roles across a diverse range of industries. Predominantly working with and within SMEs, I am a commercially aware HR professional who is able to offer practical HR advice and solutions.
My strengths are my communication skills, with a wealth of experience across all levels and attention to detail which comes from a background of managing payroll and HR administrative tasks. I love nothing more than a holiday calculation or a salary spreadsheet!
The HR administrative side which is key to a successful HR function – I’m also a HR software expert, having implemented a number of HR systems into businesses.
I hold a Post Graduate degree in HR Management and am CIPD Level 7 qualified.  I also have a degree in French, German and Spanish from Durham University which comes into use when travelling abroad with the family.
Q. What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?
A.  Travelling the length of the Dominican Republic on a public bus, during the worst tropical storm they had had in a decade.
Q. Who or what makes you laugh?
A. My young children – their giggles are infectious!
