Lead HR Consultant

Location: Remote – Oxford area

Reports to: Head of Client Delivery

Salary: £55,000

We’re growing and we’re looking for someone with strong HR and employment law knowledge, who enjoys building genuine client relationships and bringing a commercial, people-focused approach to their work.

HR Advisor

Location: Remote – Oxford area

Reports to: Head of Client Delivery

Salary: £35,000 pa dependant on experience plus commission

We’re looking for someone who can bring strong employment law knowledge and best-practice HR advice, while building great relationships with both clients and the wider SYLO team. The role will also include some HR administration support.

If you’re someone who enjoys making a real impact through your HR advice and working closely with clients, this could be the role for you.
