Elizabeth Adlington

I am an Executive Coach and have been with SYLO | Beyond HR. since 2018. I spent a large part of my career working in leadership roles in the arts and cultural sector both nationally and internationally. As a Director at Arts Council England, I led and contributed to transformation projects which were pivotal in changing public funding of the arts in the UK. With Ambassador Theatre Group, I was Chief Executive of 3 of their flagship theatres in Oxford, Milton Keynes and opened Aylesbury Waterside Theatre in 2010.
I now work with SYLO | Beyond HR. to provide Executive Coaching support to business leaders and owners focussing on building leadership capacity, effective team working and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

Q. What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?

A. My brush with danger is ongoing – removing stolen socks from my dog’s mouth!

Q. Who or what makes you laugh?

A. Improv – but I have huge admiration too.
