Lynsey Willis

I am part of our HR Advisory team and have been involved with SYLO | Beyond HR. since 2018.

With Chartered Member CIPD status, I have over 22 years’ experience working in all aspects of generalist HR support, HR Business Partnering and Talent/Performance Management, in the UK and globally for both large corporates and smaller organisations which include Telefonica/O2, BAT, HSBC and Fujitsu Services. I partner and engage with my clients and their businesses to effectively design and implement people projects and solutions. I am recognised for my responsiveness, pragmatism and logical approach.

Q. What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?

A. In 2006 I climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge. I’m sure I was very safe but had to overcome my fear of heights!

Q. Who or what makes you laugh?

A. My energetic and noisy 5-year old son who I think it’s fair to say is living his ‘best life’!

  • We have been using Breathe over the last term to track our staff holidays. This is a great system as it highlights different cohorts of staff and when is free for others to book on the calendar. This has supported our ratio requirements and helped us to track holiday entitlements.

    We like the system so much that we have extended it to using the staffing schedules to log staff attendance and hours needed to be processed for payroll. Sharon has been so helpful in helping us set up different employees work patterns and it has been really effective for our nursery needs.
