Tanya Ces Maneiro

I am an experienced and empathetic coach, previously working in HR and Learning & Development for over 10 years within a variety of international organisations.
During this time, I handled several major recruitment drives, managed a number of redundancy programmes and delivered training courses to employees located throughout Europe and India.

Over the past 10 years I’ve enjoyed helping people reach their true potential through my work as a coach, specialising in career development and outplacement support.

Q. What is the most dangerous thing you have ever done?

Probably travelling through South-East Asia in my 20s where I had many near misses with death. These include being chased by an angry Orangutan through the jungle and being driven off the side of a cliff in a Bemo (minibus). Luckily, I’m still here to tell the tale!

Q. Who or what makes you laugh?

My slightly crazy poodle!
